<![CDATA[The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta (UNS) requires technological advances for inventory processing activities, in terms of borrowing the Sanitary Laboratory Room for the Civil Engineering Study Program. By utilizing information technology, it is hoped that it can help and improve the performance of the administrative staff of the Sanitary Laboratory of the Civil Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, UNS, so that it is more effective and efficient in collecting laboratory loan transaction data. Based on the explanation above, the problem to be solved is formulated, namely "How to design an information system for borrowing the Sanitary Laboratory of the Civil Engineering Study Program at the Faculty of Engineering, UNS". Limitation The problem that the author discusses in this study is a system that is designed based on a website with a scope at the Faculty of Engineering, UNS. The method used for system development uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The programming language used is PHP Navite and MySQL database. With the design of the Health Laboratory loan information system, it is hoped that it will facilitate the recording of health laboratory loan transaction data in the Civil Engineering study program of UNS.]]>
