This research aims to: (1) develop teaching aids of continuity principle with waterflow sensor for high school students that meet the good criteria, (2) explain the specifications of teaching aids of continuity principle with waterflow sensor for high school students that have been developed. This research method is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D development model which is only carried out up to the third stage (development stage). The conclusions of this research are: (1) this research has successfully developed physics teaching aids using waterflow sensors on the material of the principle of continuity for class XI high school students who meet the excellent criteria, with an average validation assessment of 89% and 91% field trials, (2) the specifications of the teaching aids developed include: (a) has a size before being assembled (48*30*28) cm and a size (90*30*70) cm after being assembled, (b) uses materials that are safe for students, (c) props using 2 YF-S201 waterflow sensors and venturimeters with 2 types of cross-sectional pipe area, (d) useful for proving the principle of continuity based on the measurement of water discharge by a waterflow sensor and equipped with a venturimeter, (e) this teaching aid is intended as a learning support in order to gain direct learning experience in the material of the principle of continuity in class XI high school physics.
