This study aims to test and analyze empirically the influence of leadership and disciplinary behavior on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of North Konawe Regency. This research is explanatory which intends to explain the position of the variables studied and the relationship and influence between one variable and another variable.The results showed that: (1) Leadership and disciplinary behavior had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of North Konawe Regency. Changes in leadership behavior and discipline are in a positive and real direction towards improving employee performance. The better leadership and disciplinary behavior, the higher the employee's performance at the Konawe Utara District Financial and Asset Management Agency. (2) Leadership behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of North Konawe Regency. Changes in leadership behavior are in a positive and real direction towards improving employee performance. The better leadership behavior, the higher the performance of employees in the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of North Konawe Regency. (3) Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of North Konawe Regency. Changes in discipline are in a positive and real direction towards improving employee performance. The better the discipline, the higher the performance of employees in the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of North Konawe Regency.Keywords:Leadership Behavior, Discipline and Employee Performance
