Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze empirically the influence of competence and work discipline on the performance of employees at the Muna Regency Forest Service. This research is explanatory which intends to explain the position of the variables studied and the relationship and influence between one variable and another variable.The results of the study show that: (1) Competence and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Forest Service Office of Muna Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. (2) Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Forest Service Office of Muna Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Forest Service Office of Muna Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. Keywords: competence, work discipline and employee performance

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini menguji dan menjelaskan Komunikasi Pemasaran, Kepercayaan Dan Citra Lembaga Terhadap Kepuasan Publik. Pendekatan Penelitian ini quantitative dengan para digma positivis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara cross-section dengan menggunakan angket.Populasi Penelitian ni adalah 100 responden di Kantor DPRD Kabupaten Wakatobi. Peralatan analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi pemasaran, kepercayaan dan citra lembaga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan public dan komunikasi Pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan publik.Selanjutnya kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan public kemudian citra lembaga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan publik

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine and explain 1) the effect of service quality on customer value. 2) the influence of service quality on purchasing decisions. 3) the influence of product quality on customer value. 4) the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions. 5) the influence of customer value on buying decisions. 6) the influence of service quality on purchasing decisions mediated by customer value. 7) the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions mediated by customer value. This type of research is a quantitative approach using survey research methods. The number of samples used in this study were 21 indicators x 5 = 105 samples. The technique used in selecting the sample using accidental sampling technique. The results showed that 1) Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on customer value. 2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. 3) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer value. 4) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. 5) Customer value has a positive and significant effect on buying decisions. 6) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through customer value. 7) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through customer value.Keywords: service quality, product quality, customer value, and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The study is aimed to comprehend and explain: 1) The effect of empowerment on employees performance. 2) The effect of organizational commitment on employees performance. 3). The effect of competence on employees performance. 4) The effect of empowerment, organizational commitment, and competence on employees performance. The sample size in this study is 37 respondents who are the employees of Wakatobi Regency Fisheries and Marine Services (DKP). The sample was determined by using the census method. This type of quantitative research uses the multiple linear regression analysis tool. Multiple regression is performed on more than one independent variable. To help the processing of the data in this study, the researcher used SPSS for Windows. The result showed that empowerment has positive and significant effects on performance, this was proven by the value of tsig by 0.046. Organizational commitment has positive and significant effects on employee performance, this is proven by the value of tsig by 0,000. Furthermore, there is positive and significant effects between competence and employees performance variables, this is proven by the value of tsig by 0.000. In addition, the F test shows that empowerment, organizational commitment and competence have significant influence on employees performance with the significance level of 0,000 or 0%. So, the hypothesis proposed in the research can be approved.Keywords: empowerment, organizational commitment, competence, and employees performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions of woven fabrics, influence of product quality on purchasing decisions of woven fabrics, influence of price on purchasing decisions of woven fabrics and the influence of promotions on purchasing decisions of woven fabrics. The object of this research is the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises and Manpower of Wakatobi Regency. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach (mainstream approach). The sample/respondent used in this study were 100 respondents. The analytical tool used is Multiple Regression Analysis. Data collection methods in this study used a questionnaire and data analysis tools using software SPSSThe results of this study can be concluded that product quality, price and promotion together have a strong and significant influence in improving the purchasing decision of Wakatobi woven fabrics, product quality significantly affects the improvement of fabric purchasing decisions, price significantly affects the increase of woven fabric purchasing decisions and Promotion significantly affects the increase in purchasing decisions for Wakatobi woven fabrics.

Abstract

This study aims to explain and empirically test the effect of the Brand Knowledge Dimensions on Purchasing Decisions of Shopee.Co.Id Online Sites in Kendari City. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling, which is a sample determination technique based on coincidence, ie anyone who accidentally meets a researcher can be used as a sample if it is seen by someone who happens to match the data source. The sample in this study was 96 respondents. The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study stated that: simultaneous brand knowledge including brand awareness and brand image significantly influence Purchasing Decisions on Shopee.Co.Id Online Site Customers in Kendari City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, work environment and work discipline on the employee performance of TVRI Public Broadcasting Institute, North Sumatra, Medan. The population in this study were all employees of TVRI Public Broadcasting Institute, North Sumatra, Medan, amounting to 62 people. Sampling using the saturated sample method, namely by using the entire existing population as a sample. Data collection techniques in this study by means of documentation studies and the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination.The results showed that partially there was no significant effect of compensation on the employee performance of  TVRI Public Broadcasting Institute, North Sumatra, Medan. Partially, the work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on the employee performance of TVRI Public Broadcasting Institute, North Sumatra, Medan. Simultaneously, the factors of compensation, work environment and work discipline showed a significant influence on the employee performance of TVRI Public Broadcasting Institute, North Sumatra, Medan. Keywords: Compensation, Work Environment, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

Data analysis usessoftware Smart PLS.  The results showed that: 1).Demographicsdoes not have a significant effect on investment decisions. 2).Demographics have a significant effect on financial behavior bias.3) Financial literacy has a significant effect on investment decisions. 4) Financial literacy has a significant effect on bias in financial behavior. 5)Income does not have a significant effect on investment decisions. 6) Income has a significant effect on investment decisions. 7) Financial behavior bias has a significant effect on investment decisions. 8)Financial behavior bias is able to mediate (full mediation) the influence of demographics on investment decisions.9). Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of the style of democratic leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and employee performance mediated by organizational culture. The research approach used is the survey method. Data collection is done using instruments in the form of questionnaires. The population of the study was as many as 26 people of the Konawe Kepulauan District Hospital staff except the director (director) because the population was relatively small so that all the population were made respondents. The analytical tool used in hypothesis testing is Partial Least Square (PLS).The results of this study indicate that democratic leadership styles have a significant influence on organizational culture, democratic leadership styles have no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, democratic leadership styles have no significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Thus the organizational culture mediates the influence of democratic leadership styles on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and employee performance

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine and explain the effect of organizational based self esteem, leadership style, commitment to employees performance of the South Mowila Konawe Regency.  The approach of this research is survey method with explanatory research design.  Data was collected with an instrument in the form of questionnaires.  The population of the research was 39 employees of the Mowila Head Office.  The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis was multiple linear regression.  The result showed that organizational based self esteem, leadership, and commitment simultaneously had significant effect on employees performance.  Organizational based self esteem and commitment partially have significant effect on employees performance, while leadership style had positive but insignificant effect on employees performance.  Finally, this research shows that leadership style does not have partial effect on employees performance, but can prove that organizational based self esteem, leadership style, and commitment affected the performance of Mowila district office employees.Keywords: organizational based self esteem, leadership style, commitment and employees performance
