Abstract

Hospital Dr. Saiful Anwar (RSSA) is an organization Regional Apparatus under the East Java Provincial Government, which is located in Malang City. To fulfill the service to the patients of RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar built the Service and Management building. Based on the data in the field, the construction project of the Hospital Service Building. Saiful Anwar Phase I, namely the stage of construction of structures under delays. From the initial plan of work 107 working days late to 120 working days. This study was conducted to analyze the time required for project implementation using the CPM (Critical Path Method), analyze the costs required in project implementation by adding additional working hours (overtime), and analyze the most optimal time and cost for the implementation of the construction of the Service Building and Malang RSSA Management Phase I through CPM and crashing methods. The initial project plan required a completion time of 120 days with a total cost of Rp. 19,555.046.002.99. The results of the analysis show that the first alternative is by adding 1 hour of overtime per day, the time is reduced by 4 days (116 days). With the additional cost of Rp. 197,960,292.31. With the addition of 2 hours of overtime per day, there is a reduction in time of 9 (111 days duration) with an additional cost of Rp. 310,875,795.52. With the addition of 3 hours of overtime per day, there is a reduction of 14 days (106 days). With the additional cost of Rp 414.375432.58. The most optimal alternative is to add 3 hours of work because it has a duration that is more than the normal duration and the cost is not too large than the normal cost.
