<![CDATA[This technological development has attracted the attention of the public, especially educators who contribute to learning. The technology used is shaped like the internet, computers, and other technological tools. However, as educators in schools or teachers, they must be able to familiarize themselves with technology. One of the roles of the teacher in the era of technological and information development is to become a facilitator in learning. This study aims to measure the magnitude of the influence of information technology on teaching staff in schools and in this study also provides information on teacher training in using technology. The methodology used in this study is the literature method or does not use the search method, only in the form of the theory contained in the research.
