<![CDATA[Pejalan kaki merupakan pengguna jalan yang memiliki hak untuk menggunakan fasilitas trotoar. Trotoar diperuntukkan dan difungsikan sebagai ruang bagi pejalan kaki yang berada pada kedua sisi jalan dengan dimensi tertentu. Kecamatan Cileungsi merupakan kecamatan yang berada di Kabupaten Bogor yang dikenal sebagai daerah kawasan industri, pariwisata, perdagangan dan jasa serta perumahan dan permukiman. Kondisi trotoar saat ini memiliki intensitas pemanfaatan bagi pedestrian yang cukup tinggi. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian apakah kondisi trotoar tersebut dapat memenuhi aspirasi masyarakat dan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan yang ada. Dengan demikian tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengidentifikasi kondisi eksisting trotoar, kesesuaian fasilitas trotoar beserta kelengkapannya (2) Menganalisis karakteristik dan aspirasi pejalan kaki. (3) Merumuskan arahan penataan trotoar koridor Terminal Cileungsi-Gerbang Metropolitan Land Kabupaten Bogor. Dalam proses analisis dilakukan penilaian terhadap kondisi eksisting trotoar dengan menggunakan 6 kriteria dan indikator walkability. Selain itu dilakukan penilaian aspirasi masyarakat dengan menggunakan analisis Crosstab terhadap hasil jawaban pertanyaan kepada responden dengan teknik sampling, proportional stratified random sampling. Hasil akhir penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kondisi fasilitas trotoar di koridor tersebut belum memenuhi walkability (2) Hasil analisis aspirasi masyarakat membutuhkan fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang dapat menunjang kegiatan selama berjalan kaki (3) Dihasilkan beberapa arahan untuk penataan trotoar di koridor objek penelitian tersebut seperti mengembalikan fungsi trotoar agar arus pejalan kaki tidak terganggu oleh PKL, memperbaiki fasilitas yang sudah ada dan menyediakan fasilitas street furniture yang sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku Kata Kunci : Penataan Trotoar, Aspirasi Masyarakat, Walkability. ABSTRACT Pedestrians are road users who have the right to use sidewalk facilities. The sidewalk is intended and functions as a space for pedestrians who are on both sides of the road with certain dimensions. Cileungsi Subdistrict is a subdistrict located in Bogor Regency which is known as an area of industrial, tourism, trade and service areas as well as housing and settlements. The current condition of the sidewalk has a fairly high intensity of utilization for pedestrians. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct research on whether the condition of the sidewalk can meet the aspirations of the community and is in accordance with the provisions of existing regulations. Thus the objectives of this study are (1) Identifying the existing condition of the sidewalk, the suitability of the sidewalk facility and its completeness (2) Analyzing the characteristics and aspirations of pedestrians. (3) Formulate directions for the arrangement of sidewalks in the Cileungsi Terminal-Metropolitan Land Gate corridor, Bogor Regency. In the process of analysis, an assessment of the existing condition of the sidewalk was carried out using 6 criteria and walkability indicators. In addition, an assessment of community aspirations was carried out using Crosstab analysis of the results of question answers to respondents using sampling techniques, proportional stratified random sampling. The final results of this study show that (1) The condition of the sidewalk facilities in the corridor has not met the walkability (2) The results of the analysis of community aspirations require facilities and infrastructure that can support activities while walking (3) Several directions were produced for the arrangement of sidewalks in the corridors of the object of study, such as restoring the function of the sidewalks so that the flow of pedestrians is not disturbed by the PKL, repairing existing facilities and providing street furniture facilities in accordance with applicable regulations.
