<![CDATA[Natural conditions in the village of Binor flanked by a very beautiful sea that can be used as tourism potential that requires management and promotion of a more optimal. This condition is supported by the economic potential in the form of production of chips typical of binor village and convection production typical of Bnor village as well as a variety of MSMEs that can support the attraction of village tourism growth. However, the management of Tourism and promotion has not been handled professionally. This service activity aims 1) to improve the ability of tourism conscious groups (Pokdarwis) and the community in tourism management and Tourism Promotion Strategy; 2). Increasing activities that support tourism such as the creative economy. 3). Increase the participation of community activities in all tourism activities including community leaders. The implementation method used is participatory approach, group approach, individual approach, lecture method, discussion method. Indicators of the success of the activity is seen from the level of participation from the community and the results of pre-test and post-test after the activity. The results of the activities showed an increase in pokdarwis managerial ability in preparing short-term activity plans, including promotion programs in collaboration with schools for tourism education. Creative economy activists have understood collaboration marketing strategies and online sales. Community participation and natusiasm is very high even though activities exist during the covid pandemic.]]>
