Employee performance can be influenced by several factors including work discipline and work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. The location of this research at PT. Rajawali Asia Bali. The techniques used in data collection are observation, questionnaires and interviews. The population uses employees of PT. Rajawali Asia Bali, with a sample of 110 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Data Instrument Test, Classical Assumptions, Regression, F and t. Based on the results of the study obtained the results that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance and work discipline and work motivation together have a significant influence on employee performance.]]>
