Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a simultaneous or partial influence between communication and work environment on employee performance at the Novotel Airport Ngurah Rai Hotel. The respondents of this study were 69 employees of Novotel Airport Ngurah Rai Hotel. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The T test is used to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable partially and the Determination test is used to determine the significant effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable simultaneously (simultaneously). Based on the analysis results it is known that the significance level of t is 0,000 which is smaller than 0.05 so that H1 and H2 are accepted. This means that communication and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. And based on the test of determination that communication and work environment together significantly influence the performance of employees of the Novotel Airport Ngurah Rai Hotel. The results of the communication determination coefficient (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y) in the Table shows a value of 0.671 or 67.1%. This means that the influence of communication and work environment variables of 67.1% while the remaining 32.9% is influenced by other factors outside the study. Based on the results of the study, it can be suggested that company leaders are expected to be more open in providing direction to subordinates, good and effective communication to continue to be established between superiors and subordinates or fellow employees in the company.Keywords: communication, work environment, employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether communication and work discipline affect employee performance at Puri Saron Hotel Seminyak Bali in this study using a population sample of 110 respondents, employees of Puri Saron Hotel Seminyak Bali and data collected by researchers as many as 75 questionnaires. This study used the T-test and F test. The results showed that communication (X1) and work discipline (X2) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) on Puri Saron Hotel Seminyak Bali can be seen from the regression coefficient Y = 3.462 + 0.201X1 + 0.621X1 conclusions obtained by communication (X1) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) on Puri Saron Hotel Seminyak Bali which is shown by the regression coefficient b1X1 which is positive at 0.201 with the value of tcount = 2.231 with sing value. t = 0.023. Work Discipline (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) in Puri Saron Hotel Seminyak Bali which is shown by the coefficient b2X2 which is positive at 0.621, with a value of t = 6,034 with a sing value. T = 0,000. The independent variable that influences employee performance can be seen in the standardized Coefficients Beta value is the communication variable (X1) that is equal to 0.503 while the work discipline (X2) is 0.683. The magnitude of the influence of communication and work discipline on employee performance at Puri Saron Hotel Seminyak Bali.Keywords: communication, work discipline, and employee performance.

Abstract

Employee performance is a very important thing that needs to be considered in a company, because with good employee performance will certainly have a good impact on the company and will achieve the goals of the company itself. The problem raised in this study is whether work discipline (X1) affects employee performance (Y) at Bali Niksoma Boutique Beach Resort Hotel, does communication (X2) affect employee performance (Y) at Bali Niksoma Boutique Beach Resort Hotels, How the influence of work discipline and communication on employee performance at Bali Niksoma Boutique Beach Resort, and which independent variables have the dominant influence on employee performance at Niksoma Bali Hotels Boutique Beach Resort The population in this study amounted to 150 people. This study uses a sample of 60% of the population or as many as 90 people. The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis, data quality test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, t-test analysis, test analysis of the dominant variable influencing (β), and determination analysis. The results of the analysis show a regression model Y = 3.364 + 0.548X1 + 0.376X2. The conclusion obtained is that work discipline (X1) has a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance (Y) in Bali Niksoma Boutique Beach Resort Hotel which is shown by the regression coefficient b1X1 which is positive at 0.548, with the value calculated = 12.396> t table = 1.663 with sig.t = 0,000. Communication (X2) has a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance (Y) in, Bali Hotel Niksoma Boutique Beach Resort which is shown by the coefficient b2X2 which is positive at 0.376, with a value calculated = 9.576> t table = 1.663 with the value sig.t = 0,000. The independent variable which has dominant influence on employee performance can be seen in the Standardized Coefficients Beta value is the work discipline variable (X1) that is equal to 0.623 while the communication variable (X2) is 0.481. The magnitude of the influence of work discipline and communication on employee performance at the Bali Niksoma Boutique Beach Resort Hotel is 80.0% and the remaining 20.0% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.Keywords: work discipline, communication, and employee performance.

Abstract

This study studies the factors that influence consumers in using make-up services at Dalung Badung's Kha Bali Wedding and to find out the dominant factors in choosing make-up services at Kala Bali Wedding Dalung Badung. The method used in this analysis is the purposive sampling method. The researcher took a total sample of 84 respondents which were the results of 7 x 12 items representing. The results of this study prove the fact that the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions using make-up at Dalha Badung's Kha Bali Wedding are the hallmarks of Dalung Badung's Kha Bali Wedding, the strategic location of the company, the payment system, the price according to quality, the choice of location, reference from relatives / family, have used make-up at the company, choose the product that you want. The next factor is the package diversity factor and ease of information.Keywords: factors considered by consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors and which factors are the most dominant that consumers consider in using the Go-Food delivery service in the Go-Jek application in Badung Regency. The design of this study used quantitative descriptive analysis with SPSS version 24 analysis tool. This study used 100 respondents as the research sample drawn based on the purposive sampling method. The research method applied in this study is based on analysis of factor analysis with data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, questionnaires. The results of this study show that only 15 independent variables can be analyzed further from a total of 20 independent variables. Of the 15 variables after the factor rotation process, there are five main components. The naming of new factors is determined according to the variables that make up the factor. The first factor is the service quality and application factors that have the highest eigenvalue value of 5.664 and are able to explain the total variance of 37.759%. The second factor is the individual factor with an eigenvalue value of 2.504 with a variance percentage of 16.692%. The third is the price factor with an eigenvalue value of 2.262 with a total variance of 15.083%. The fourth faculty is a social factor that has an eigenvalue of 1.359 with a total variance of 9.062%. The fifth factor is the lifestyle factor with an eigenvalue value of 1.091 which is able to explain the total variance of 7.273%. Implications for companies to always maintain service quality and also the quality of their applications, as well as to evaluate price, social and lifestyle factors that have small eigenvalue values compared to individual factors and service quality.Keywords: purchasing decisions, consumer behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that determine the decision of consumers to buy silver jewelry crafts in Puspa Mega Silver, Gianyar Regency. The analysis technique used in this study is factor analysis. The variable used in this study is a single variable, namely the consumer's decision to buy silver jewelry crafts in Puspa Mega Silver, Gianyar Regency. The steps taken are distributing questionnaires to consumers who come to the Art Shop Puspa Mega Silver, Gianyar Regency and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling (determining the sample with certain considerations). The results obtained after analyzing the factors using SPSS from 12 statement items to analyze the factors that determine the decision of consumers to buy silver jewelery at Puspa Mega Silver, Gianyar Regency, from 12 statement items can be reduced to 4 factors including location factors with an eigenvalue of 4.955 and variance of 41.295%; product factor with eigenvalue of 1.741 and variance of 14.505%; product quality factors with eigenvalue of 1.222 and variance of 10.215% and personal factors with eigenvalue of 1.002 and variance of 8.335%. Based on the results of this study it has been seen that the factors that determine the decision of consumers to buy silver jewelry crafts in Puspa Mega Silver, Gianyar Regency are location factors, product factors, factors of product quality and personal factors. The most dominant factor on consumer decisions is the location factor of Puspa Mega Silver. Thus the advice taken into consideration in increasing sales of the company must maintain its location, make jewelry with quality materials with various variants and forms of silver jewelry. So that consumers feel happy and continue to buy jewelry products from Puspa Mega Silver, Gianyar Regency.

Abstract

Every company definitely wants the employee morale to continue to increase, which of course will have an impact on the company's profits. The problem raised in this study is whether motivation influences employee morale at Ibis Styles Bali Petitenget Hotel, does communication influence employee morale at Ibis Styles Bali Petitenget Hotel and what is the influence of motivation and communication on employee morale at Ibis Styles Bali Hotels Petitenget. This study uses the entire population as a sample or as many as 60 people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, test the quality of data that is validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test test and analysis of determination. The results of this study indicate that Motivation and Communication have a positive and significant effect on Employee Morale at Ibis Styles Bali Petitenget Hotels.

Abstract

School as an educational institution that organize learning activities, really need quality human resources for the success of that school. Which can be done by conducting an effective recruitment and selection process, therefore the school will get qualified teacher which will improve the teacher’s performance in achieving educational goals. Based on the background of the problem in this study, the main problems are as follows: 1) Does recruitment influence teacher performance at TI Bali Global Denpasar Vocational School? 2) Does selection influence teacher performance at TI Bali Global Vocational School Denpasar? 3) How much recruitment and selection influence for teacher performance at TI Bali Global Vocational School Denpasar. The purpose of the research are as follows: 1) To determine the influence of recruitment on teacher performance at TI Bali Global Denpasar Vocational High School 2) To determine the influence of selection on teacher performance at TI Bali Global Vocational High School Denpasar 3) To find out how much influence of recruitment and selection to performance teacher at TI Bali Global Vocational School Denpasar. The population in this study involved all the teacher of TI Bali Global Denpasar Vocational High School amounted 60 people and this study used the population as a sample. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, data quality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test analysis and analysis of determination. The results of the analysis show a regression model Y = 3.944 + 0.402 (X1) + 0.470 (X2). The conclusion obtained is that recruitment (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (Y) on TI Global Global Denpasar Vocational School as indicated by the coefficient b1X1 : tcount = 2.582> ttable (0.05: 57 ) = 1.672 and Sig.t = 0.012 (p <0.05). Selection (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (Y) on TI Bali Global Denpasar Vocational School, this can be seen in the coefficient b2X2: tcount = 2.994> ttable (0.05: 52 ) = 1.672 and Sig.t = 0.002 (p <0.05). The influence of recruitment and selection on teacher performance at TI Bali Global Denpasar Vocational School is 70.3% while the remaining 29.7% is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as motivation, workload, work environment and others.

Abstract

Employee performance is a very important thing in the organization's business to achieve company goals so that various activities must be carried out by the company to achieve its objectives and continue to improve the performance of its employees, one of which is to set appropriate performance standards and performance appraisal. This study aims to determine whether or not there is a simultaneous or partial influence between leadership and communication on employee performance at Fave Hotel Kuta Kartika Plaza. This research was also conducted to find out which variables had a more dominant influence on employee performance at Fave Hotel Kuta Kartika Plaza. The respondents of this study were 65 employees of Fave Kuta Hotel Karika Plaza. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. T test is used to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable partially and the F test is used to determine the significant effect of independent variables on the dependent variable together (simultaneous). Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that leadership and communication together have a significant effect on the performance of employees of Fave Hotel Kuta Kartika Plaza. This can be seen from the results of the t test, the leadership and communication variables partially have a positive effect on employee performance, where leadership has a value of t arithmetic (8,035)> t table (1,670). Furthermore, the F test is where F count 38.081> from the value of F table 3.145 while the most dominant variable influencing employee performance is the leadership variable of 0.686> of the communication variable 0.348. Based on the results of the study, it can be suggested that company leaders are expected to be more open in giving directions to subordinates, good and effective communication so that they continue to be intertwined between superiors and subordinates or fellow employees in the company.

Abstract

Human resources are the main role of a company because it can create various innovations to move the company. In order for the company to be more advanced, it must have leadership knowledge and skills that are appropriate to the field and business in managing the company. Improving employee performance is a priority made by each company to run in accordance with the company's vision and mission. One way to improve the performance of human resources is by providing training programs. The Patra Bali Resort & Villas has several aspects of assessment in improving employee performance, namely, quality of work, knowledge of work, quantity of work, level of attendance, responsibility, expertise, honesty. This research was conducted at The Patra Bali Resort & Villas with a total employee of 238 people consisting of 11 departments. The sample taken in this study amounted to 100 people calculated using Solvin formula withtechnique Proportional Sampling. The data analysis tool used is descriptive analysis, data quality test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression test with the application Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) Version 24.0. The results showed that leadership and training had a positive effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient of 0.217 or 21.7% while the remaining 78.3% was influenced by other factors outside of this study. Hypothesis test results of leadership influence (X1) on employee performance (Y) show a significance level of 0.029 smaller than α = 0.05. This means that leadership influences employee performance. Leadership regression coefficient (X1) of 0.182 indicates a positive influence of leadership on employee performance. These results accept the hypothesis H1 which states leadership has a positive effect on employee performance and the results of the training hypothesis test (X2) on employee performance (Y) in Table 4.5 shows a significance level of 0.003 smaller than α = 0.05. This means that the training variable has an effect on employee performance. The regression coefficient of the training variable (X2) of 0.373 indicates a positive effect of training on employee performance. This result accepts the hypothesis H2 which states that training has a positive effect on employee performance The Patra Bali Resort & Villas
