<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor komepetensi guru terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi di SMA Negeri 1 Airmadidi dalam hal ini kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi sosial guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian kelas XI IPS dengan sampel 60 sesuai formulasi Slovin. Data dikumpul menggunakan angket dan documenter. Untuk menganalisis data hasil penelitian digunakan analisis regresi dan korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh: (1). Kompetensi kepribadian memiliki Hubungan Positif terhadap Hasil belajar (2). Kompetensi sosial memiliki Hubungan Positif terhadap Hasil belajar (3). Kompetensi Kepribadian, Kompetensi Sosial memiliki hubungan positif secara Simultan dan Parsial terhadap Hasil Belajar. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Kepribadian, Kompetensi Sosial, Hasil Belajar ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the factors of teacher competence on economic learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 1 Airmadidi in this case the personal competence and social competence of teachers. The method used in this research is survey method. The population in the XI IPS class study with a sample of 60 according to the Slovin formulation.
