Café is one of the places that served food and beverages with the relaxed atmosphere. Usually, it being served with an ordinary people. But there is one unique thing and rarely being known by the society, is that the people with disability who actually served the visitors in the café and they are the deaf people. It is not infrequently people come where the deaf people who served them, with the purpose they are fulfilling the concept of the café. But from the sides of deaf people, they need to get the job that more suitable, one of the is the café that have inclusions, in order to spread to people that deaf friends have rights to work according to their abilities. Not only that, the services also need the professional ethics to the public, as their obligation in the world of tourism. The method that used is qualitative method that named is ethnography, which is do interview and observation in one of deaf cafe.
