Learning videos are considered as successful learning. Media in overcoming learning difficulties in learning mathematics. This study aims to the determine the development of mathematical animation video media in elementary schools. Researcers used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) research method for journal articles with a publication time range of 2018-2023. From the 3 Research Question in this study it was found that the lack of use of mathematics learning media in schools was a motivating factor for many researchers to develop mathematical animation video media. The model used by many researchers is the ADDIE model and in developing animated video media researchers use animaker software a lot. The results of this study are expected to provide information to educators to develop mathematical animation video media to overcome learning difficulties.
