<![CDATA[Diabetes Mellitus (DM) Type 2 is a disease in which blood sugar levels exceed normal values caused by the body not using the hormone insulin normally. Mandatory 3M behavior (wearing a mask, keeping a distance and avoiding crowds, and washing hands with soap) must become a habit for all people, including DM Patients. There are still quite a lot of people who are reluctant to implement 3M consistently. This study aims to identify the Compliance Description of Patients with DM who seek regular treatment during the Covid19 Pandemic at Tangerang City Hospital. This research is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach, there were 77 outpatient DM patients participating using the Random Sampling technique. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the level of adherence of DM patients before the existence of the health protocol during the Covid-19 Pandemic in the Outpatient Room was the majority not complying with as many as 41 people (53.2%), and the level of compliance of DM patients after the existence of the health protocol during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Outpatient at Aminah Hospital 2021 the majority of respondents are lacking as many as 34 people (44.2%) Abstrak Diabetes Melitus tipe 2 (DM 2) merupakan penyakit dimana kadar gula dalam darah melebihi nilai normal yang di disebabkan oleh tubuh tidak menggunakan hormon insulin secara normal. Perilaku wajib 3M (memakai masker, menjaga jarak dan menghindari kerumunan, serta mencuci tangan pakai sabun) harus menjadi kebiasaan seluruh masyarakat, tanpa terkecuali penderita DM. Masih cukup banyak masyarakat yang enggan melaksanakan 3M secara konsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi Gambaran Kepatuhan Pasien Penderita DM yang berobat teratur pada saat Pandemi Covid-19 di Rumah Sakit Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif terdapat 77 orang pasien DM di rawat jalan berpartisipasi dengan menggunakan teknik Random Sampling.
