<![CDATA[This study describes the Principal's Leadership in Improving Teacher Performance at MTs Nurul Qadim. This research uses descriptive qualitative with a case study research type. The subjects in this study were the Principal and Teachers. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and document studies. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Meanwhile, the data validity test used the triangulation technique. The results of this study indicate that the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance at MTs Nurul Qadim Paiton is shown in the form of task-oriented and relationship-oriented principals behavior. Task orientation is carried out through supervision and sanctions, and rewards. While relationship orientation is carried out in the form of exemplary, caring for subordinates, and providing training.]]>
