The problem of domestic waste in Cimahi City must be responded by providing proper sanitation such as a centralized domestic waste water management (SPALD-T) on a communal scale. This system provides infrastructure and facilities for community-based domestic wastewater treatment (Sanimas). In 2021, there were 14 new communal systems that must be monitored to obtain updated technical and non-technical data on the entire built system which was integrated with spatial and non-spatial data based on an information system. This study was conducted to support database availability, identify problems and potential improvements, and provide input in determining and planning the location of wastewater facilities and infrastructure in the future. The existing conditions of the network system and treatment system were obtained by conducting observation and interviews. The system evaluation was carried out based on scoring the parameters of system functioning, the number of house connections, network conditions, wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) conditions, WWTP management financial condition, WWTP maintenance, and institutional aspects. The spatial and non-spatial data were analyzed with ArcGIS. The scoring results and analysis of the entire system have shown that the new system functions have met their purpose with an average score of 82.05%. Moreover, there was one sub-district with a very high-risk sanitation category (red zone), but there is no new communal system in this area. These results form the basis for planning the placement or improvement of wastewater facilities and infrastructure in Cimahi City. Keywords: Arc gis, communal system, evaluation, score, improvement.
