<![CDATA[ Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis isi pesan yang terkandung dalam unggahan akun @hi_chena pada media sosial twitter, (2) mengetahui bagaimana pesan tersebut disampaikan kepada khalayak, (3) mengetahui karakteristik pesan yang diunggah, (4) mengetahui bentuk penerimaan pesan terhadap teks maupun gambar yang diunggah. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi dan studi dokumentasi pada pesan dalam akun @hi_chena dengan ketentuan tingkat interaksi tinggi. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini didapatkan 247 unggahan dengan kategori yang berbeda yaitu konten pribadi, retweet/quote tweet, dan penggunaan tagar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun label negatif yang diterima atas opini pribadinya, sebagian besar konten dalam akun @hi_chena bermuatan positif dan informatif. Pemilik akun @hi_chena menyampaikan kritik dan keluhannya dengan harapan-harapan tertentu. Karakteristik penyampaian pesan oleh akun @hi_chena yang tegas dan eksplisit serta didukung dengan penggunaan kata yang kurang terpilah menimbulkan arti yang berbeda-beda.This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method which aims to (1) analyze the message content contained in the @hi_chena account upload on twitter social media, (2) find out how the message is conveyed to public, (3) determine the characteristics of the uploaded message, (4) determine the form of receiving messages for uploaded texts and images. The research data was obtained through observation and documentation studies on messages in the @hi_chena account with a high interaction. The number of samples in this study obtained 247 uploads with different categories, namely personal content, retweet/quote tweets, and the use of hashtags. The results showed that despite the negative label she/he received for his/her personal opinion, most of the content in the @hi_chena account was positive and informative. The account @hi_chena conveys his criticisms and complaints with certain expectations. The characteristics of the message delivery by @hi_chena that are firm and explicit and supported by the use of less segregated words give rise to different meanings]]>
