<![CDATA[This study aims of this study are (1) to find out and analyze whether the work environment, compensation, and motivation affect job satisfaction for Class IIA Kendari State Prison House Employees; (2) To find out and analyze whether the work environment affects job satisfaction for Class IIA Kendari State Prison House Employees; (3) To find out and analyze whether compensation affects job satisfaction for Class IIA Kendari State Prison House Employees; (4) To find out and analyze whether motivation affects job satisfaction for Class IIA Kendari State Prison House Employees.This research is a type of quantitative research, data collection uses research instruments, and data analysis is quantitative or statistical, intending to test predetermined hypotheses and use Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) analysis tools V.24.The results of the research work environment, compensation, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction for Class IIA Kendari State Prison House Employees. The work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction for Class IIA Kendari State Prison House Employees. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of Class IIA Kendari State Prison House Employees.
