<![CDATA[Abstrak: Kemoterapi merupakan intervensi utama pada penderita kanker. Sayangnya, masih banyak ditemukan anak penderita kanker yang tidak siap dalam menjalani program kemoterapi. Ketidaksiapan pasien dapat menjadi faktor utama penyebab banyaknya kegagalan proses kemoterapi. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri pada anak penderita kanker di Rumah Singgah YKAKI Semarang melalui pemberian intervensi psikoedukasi dan permainan edukasi berupa buku “makan sehat tubuh kuat”. Peserta kegiatan ini sebanyak 25 orang. Metode pengabdian ini berupa penyuluhan. Monitoring dan evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test menggunakan kuesioner efikasi diri sebanyak sepuluh soal. Kegiatan ini telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15 Juni 2023 dengan hasil rerata skor efikasi mengalami peningkatan 8.44 (21,1%) setelah dilakukan kegiatan ini. Skor minimal efikasi diri yang sebelumnya 17 meningkat menjadi 30, sedangkan skor maksimal efikasi diri yang sebelumnya 35 menjadi 39.Abstract: Chemotherapy is the main intervention in cancer patients. Unfortunately, there are still many children with cancer who are not ready to undergo chemotherapy programs. Patient unpreparedness can be a major factor causing many failures of the chemotherapy process. The purpose of this service is to increase self-efficacy in children with cancer at the YKAKI Shelter Home in Semarang through the provision of psychoeducational interventions and educational games in the form of a book "eat healthy, have a strong body". There were 25 participants in this activity. This court method is in the form of counseling. Monitoring and evaluation was carried out using a pretest and posttest using a self-efficacy questionnaire. This activity was carried out on June 15 2023 with the result that the average efficacy score increased by 8.44 (21.1%) after this activity was carried out.
