This study aims to determine the effect and learning outcomes of classes that use the talking stick cooperative learning model (experiment) and classes that use conventional learning models (control) in class IV students at SDN Mekarwangi. This type of research is Quasi Experimental Design. The population in this study were all students at SDN Mekarwangi. The samples in this study were class IV-A and IV-B at SDN Mekarwangi. Collecting data in this study is a test. The instrument used was a multiple choice test sheet (objective). The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and t-test. the results of the study obtained significant data, there was an increase between the pre-test data and the post-test data of students both in the experimental class and in the control class. After the n-gain test was carried out in the experimental class, 56.8% was included in the sufficient category, while in the control class, 15.6% was included in the ineffective category. This means that the cooperative learning model of the talking stick type has an effect on increasing student learning outcomes in mathematics subject data processing material.
