PENGARUH MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN MIND MAPPING TERHADAP PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA PADA MATERI PENYAJIAN DATA SISWA KELAS 5 SDN 05 MADIUN LOR

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of mind mapping learning media on mathematics learning outcomes in the material for presenting data for grade 5 students at SDN 05 Madiun Lor, Manguharjo District, Madiun City, East Java for the 2022/2023 academic year. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of this research were class 5A students at SDN 05 Madiun Lor. The assessment instruments used in this study were tests of type a, b, c and description with a total of 25 numbers, which were divided into 10 questions of type a, b, c, 15 questions of type description. The data collection technique used in this study used a test technique carried out at the end of the lesson. Analysis of student learning outcomes is calculated using the formula: Student value = (gain score)/(maximum score) x 100. Data processing techniques using the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). Data analysis used is descriptive analysis technique. The results of the study show that mind mapping learning media can improve mathematics learning outcomes in the material for presenting data for class 5A students at SDN 05 Madiun Lor. This can be proven from the percentage of students' math completeness in class 5A in the midterm test which is 46.67% with an average score of 67.17%. Cycle I experienced an increase of 13.33% with a completeness percentage of 60% and an average value of 72.35. Cycle II experienced an increase of 16.67% with a completeness percentage of 76.67% and an average score of 79.47. Cycle III experienced an increase of 20% with a completeness percentage of 96.67% and an average value of 86.47.
