ABSTRAK  Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan kompensasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan kantor pusat BMT NU Jawa Timur. Metode yang dipakai kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistik deskriptif regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 25. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan jalan menyebarkan kuesioner menggunakan media google form. Sebanyak 42 karyawan menjadi sampel penelitian. Jenis pengambilan sampel tergolong pada non probability sampling teknik sampling jenuh karena jumlah populasi relatif sedikit. Temuan penelitian diperoleh bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai sig. 0,000< 0,05. Sedangkan kompensasi memperoleh nilai sig. 0,01 < 0,05 sehingga dinyatakan ada berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Uji F diperoleh Fhitung23,533>Ftabel 3,232 artinya pelatihan dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Besarnya pengaruh yang diberikan variabel pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja sebesesar 54,7% dan sisanya 45,3% dipengaruhi oleh berbagai variabel yang tidak diteliti.  Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Kompensasi, Kinerja   ABSTRACT  The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and compensation parasially and simultaneously on employee performance at BMT NU Jawa Timur. The method used is quantitative. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25. The data collection was done by distributing questionnaires using google form media. A total of 42 employees became the research sample. The type of sampling is classified as non-probability sampling saturated sampling technique because the population is less people. The research findings obtained that training has a significant effect on performance with a sig value. 0.000<0.05. While compensation obtained a sig value. 0.01> 0.05 so it is stated that it has no effect on performance. The F test obtained 23,533 >3,232 means that training and compensation simultaneously affect employee performance.
