Abstract

Abstract Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji secara mendalam terkait kepala sekolah dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penilaian, dan pengawasan pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran pada implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SDN Lidah Wetan II / 462. Dalam rangka mencapai tujuan peneliian tersebut peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengambilan data yang peneliti gunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, koordinator kurikulum, guru kelas I,dan guru kelas IV. Teknik analisis data yang peneliti gunakan adalah teknik analisis data milik Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari empat tahapan, yaitu kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) strategi kepala sekolah dalam perencanaan pembelajaran seperti membentuk tim untuk pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka, mengadakan sosialisasikan kepada bapak/ibu guru terkait perencanaan pembelajaran, memonitor pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka. memberikan pelatihan seperti mengundang narasumber dan KKG. (2) strategi kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran yaitu mengadakan pembimbingan, evaluasi dan supervisi akademik secara berkelanjutan, memberikan fleksibelitas pada bapak/ibu guru dalam merancang pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan memfasilitasi media pembelajaran guru. (3) strategi kepala sekolah dalam penilaian pembelajaran seperti mengadakan supervisi, pembimbingan kepala sekolah terhadap penilaian siswa, memotivasi bapak/ibu guru untuk belajar mandiri terkait perumusan penilaian peserta didik di aplikasi PMM (Platform Merdeka Mengajar), memfasilitasi bapak/ibu guru untuk belajar dari sumber lain, membuat penilaian yang mengarah pada keterampilan peserta didik. (4) strategi kepala sekolah dalam pengawasan pembelajaran yaitu mengadakan pengawasan terprogram seperti supervisi dan pengawasan tidak terprogram, kunjungan secara tiba-tiba. Keywords : Kurikulum Merdeka, Pembelajaran, Strategi Kepala Sekolah, Abstract The purpose of this study was to examine in depth regarding school principals in planning, implementing, assessing, and supervising learning to improve the quality of learning in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SDN Lidah Wetan II / 462. In order to achieve the research objectives the researcher used qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach . Data collection techniques that researchers use observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The informants in this study were school principals, curriculum coordinators, grade I teachers, and grade IV teachers. The data analysis technique that the researchers used was Miles and Huberman's data analysis technique which consisted of four stages, namely data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that (1) the principal's strategy in planning learning is such as forming a team for the implementation of the independent curriculum, conducting socialization to the teachers regarding lesson planning, monitoring the implementation of the independent curriculum. providing training such as inviting resource persons and the KKG. (2) the principal's strategy in implementing learning is to provide guidance, evaluation and academic supervision on an ongoing basis, provide flexibility to the father/mother teacher in designing the implementation of learning, and facilitate teacher learning media. (3) the principal's strategy in learning assessment such as conducting supervision, supervising the principal on student assessment, motivating the teacher's father/mother to study independently regarding the formulation of student assessments in the PMM (Independence Teaching Platform) application, facilitating the teacher's father/mother to learn from other sources, make judgments that lead to the skills of learners. (4) the principal's strategy in monitoring learning is to carry out programmed supervision such as non-programmed supervision and supervision, sudden visits.
