<![CDATA[Motivation and job satisfaction are several factors that can affect the quality of HR activities in an organization. The purpose of this study was to use BP Batam Land documentation to determine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. This study used baseline data from a sample of 100 land registrars at BP Batam. This study used data collection methods in the form of observation, questionnaires and documentation, as well as SPSS 25 as a data processing tool. The test method used is multiple linear regression using test-T and test as a hypothesis testing method. The results of this study indicate that work motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of land document workers at BP Batam. Partially job satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on the performance of land documentation officers at BP Batam. Meanwhile, motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of land documentation workers at BP Batam.]]>
