Abstract

The aim of this research is useful to know the satisfaction of outpatient at Rumah Sakit Embung Fatimah Batam. Service satisfaction is the end result perceived by the user of the product or service, whether it is less, equal or exceeds the desired expectations. By using lean sear vice pedekantan and service performance. This study resulted in five indicators of service quality at Rumah Sakit Embung Fatimah Batam which is included in quadrant I group which is the main priority to be improved to exceed patient expectation. The five indicators are: adequate waiting room facilities (2.5), waiting room environment and good lighting (77,50), accessible information access (2,9), service to patient complaints done quickly and responsive (2 , 9), the officer receives advice from the patient (2.9).

Abstract

This is a descriptive qualitative research that aims to find out about the internal control system at PT. Unisem Batam. This study uses 10 speakers, for the election of speaker / researcher informants using purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The data collection technique used is interview, documentation and observation.The results obtained from this study is that implementation of the Internal Contro l System Acceptance Procedure and Expending of Goods in PT. Unisem Batam have been effective, but still has weaknesses such as, there are a lot of mistakes made as not undergo the procedure expenditures properly, still found fault placement of goods, provision of part number, incorrecly data entry at the store, and the division of tasks is definitely on receiving section.

Abstract

The study titled "The study of the influence of the use of information systems and employee competence on the performance of employees in the Board of Industry and Trade Fakfak Regency ", was conducted with the aim to know how the influence of the application of management information systems to employee performance in the Department of Industry and Trade in Fakfak Regency.The research was conducted by survey the use of management information system, the application of competence and its effect on employee performance. Survey is done by observation method and comprehensive interview to respondent. The number of respondents is 40 people who are also employees in Department of Industry and Trade in Fakfak Regency, the data obtained through the questionnaire is then analyzed with the help of SPSS vers 11.5 program. Based on the result of the research, it can be seen that the application of management information system significantly influence the performance of employees at Department of Industry and Trade in Fakfak Regency, with regression coefficient 0,650 (p-value = 0.000). Employee competence significantly affects the performance of employees at Department of Industry and Trade in Fakfak Regency, with a regression coefficient of 0.679 (p-value = 0.000). This shows that the competence of employees, will drive the performance of government agencies directly by 67.9%. Implementation of management information system and employee competence together significantly affect the performance of employees at Department of Industry and Trade in Fakfak Regency of 68.1%.

Abstract

The development of special areas of Batam began in the 1970s. With the support of special regulations made by the central government, Batam City becomes a competitive place for investment in Indonesia. Moreover Batam has geographical advantage because of its strategic location and adjacent to Malaysia and Singapore. However, problems arise when the central government begins to impose regional autonomy. The birth of Batam City caused an overlapping of authority between the Local Government of Batam and the Batam Authority which caused the management of Batam Island to be not harmonious. This study aims to identify the problem of institutional dualism that occurred between the Local Government of Batam and the Batam Authority and its impact on economic performance in Batam City. This research is explanatory, the data used are primary and secondary data. The results show the fact that the main problems in governance in Batam City is the occurrence of dualism authority between the Local Government of Batam and the Batam Authority. This is shown by the fact that the overlapping of authority between Local Government of Batam and the Batam Authority occurs in several sectors, especially in land management, overlapping licensing in Batam, airport and port management. This condition led to a decline in economic performance in Batam and the decline of Batam's economic competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effectiveness and benefit of UPPKS program based on welfare after receiving UPPKS program assistance.Given the importance of improving welfare through family empowerment as a breakthrough to accelerate the transformation of non-socio-economic activities into economic enterprises, it is hoped that through this research, families especially PreSejahtera and KS 1 are able to take advantage of existing business opportunities in the framework of learning productive economic enterprises at the household scale as a business improving family welfare, especially in Srimartani, Piyungan, Bantul. This research is quantitative with judgment sampling method through questionnaires and interviews on UPPKS Program beneficiaries.The effectiveness analysis of the UPPKS Program is done by comparing the realization of the average number of effectiveness of all indicator variables in both input, process and output.While the McNemar test is used to calculate the benefit of the program to the community that follows the UPPKS Program by looking at the significance of the changes.From the research result, it is found that the implementation of UPPKS Program in Srimartani, Piyungan, Bantul based on input, process and output indicator is very effective that is 83.33 percent.And the change in the welfare of respondents is significantly assessed from the aspect of income and working hours before and after following UPPKS Program.

Abstract

Finance and Islamic Banking Department at PNJ established in 2010, produces first graduates in 2014. The activities between Finance and Islamic Banking Department and external parties inclclude with Department of Finance and Islamic Banking in the training of trainers (ToT) for the teaching staff of Islamic banking with several institutions. The research objective is to produce a model PNJ alliances with stakeholders in the development of Islamic banking and finance department to improve the quality of learning and absorption of graduates in the working area. This research used descriptive qualitative approach. Model alliances to improve the quality of learning to do PNJ with BI, OJK, training institutions, the Islamic finance industry, other universities. Model alliance absorption of graduates in the working world can do between PNJ with the Islamic finance industry. The success of the alliance is determined by factors of Senior Management Commitment, Similarity of Management Philosophies, Effective and Strong Management Team, Frequent Performance Feedback, Clearly Defined, Shared Goals and Objectives, Thorough Planning, Clearly Understood Roles, Partner Selection, and the Communication Between Partners , Obstacles faced to forge alliances with Islamic banking is their placement requirements PNJ funds in the bank. PNJ should offer advantages in alliance with Islamic banking industry is to prepare graduates who are ready to work so that will reduce the cost of training for new employees.

Abstract

This study is aimed to examine the effect of financial distress, real earnings management, and corporate governanceon tax aggressiveness. Using samples from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2011 to 2015, the data will be examined with fixed effect approach method. The results of this study indicate that financial distress does not affect on tax aggressiveness. While from real earnings management variables, only through manipulation of sales as which affects positive significantly on tax aggressiveness. On the contrary, manipulation of the production and manipulation of discretionary expenses precisely give the opposite effect. In addition, corporate governance consists of the audit committee and the percentage of institutional ownership can reduce tax aggressiveness, meanwhile the third measure (the percentage of independent commissioners) shows the opposite result..

Abstract

This research aims to know about the influence of individual characteristics and work environment on employee performance, especially in the office of PT Cladtek BI-Metal Manufacturing. Respondents in this research are employees of this office section includes the HRD, Project, Purchasing, Finance, QA / QC, Logistics, Document Control, IT, Technical, Design and R & D. Researchers using multiple regression method in this research, the result of multiple regression method shows that there is partial influence on individual characteristic variables on employee performance of PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing, the partial influence on work environment variables on employee performance PT Cladtek BI-Metal Manufacturing and the simultaneous influence on individual characteristic variable and work environment on employee performance of PT Cladtek BI-Metal Manufacturing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is influence of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, procedural fairness to employee performance with moderation variable that is Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Source of data is primer using the questionnaire taken on the object of research of Bank Syariah Batam with the number of samples as much as 150 respondents of Bank Syariah employees. The research used quantitative descriptive analysis and processed data with SPSS 22 that is regression analysis and path analysis. The results show that there is a positive influence of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, procedural justice on employee performance. Transformational leadership, job satisfaction affects OCB, but procedural justice has no effect on OCB. OCB mediates transformational leadership on employee performance, OCB also mediates job satisfaction on employee performance, but OCB does not mediate procedural justice

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of service quality consisting of variable reliablility, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible to customer satisfaction PT. Sucofindo Batam simultaneously or partially. Population in this research is consumer of PT. Sucofindo Batam or consumers who have ever used the services of PT. Sucofindo Batam. The number of samples obtained using Slovin calculations A total of 80 respondents using Non Probability Sampling method. The method of analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20 program. From the results of the study showed that the persial and simultaneous positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction PT. Sucofindo Batam.
