<![CDATA[ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to know what is Standard Operating Procedure and employee competence in the era of digital transformation significant effect on work productivity at the Cirebon City Education Office and what are the SOP and employee competencies in the era of digital transformation effect simultaneously on employee work productivity at the Cirebon City Education Office. In this research the method used is quantitative method through observation, primary data collection as well as secondary and distributing questionnaires to 100 samples (employees) at the Cirebon City Education Office. To prove the results of the analysis, the author uses multiple linear regression analysis and test the hypothesis by using SPSS version 25 software for windows which is then performed the F test and T . test shows that the SOP variable and employee competence positive effect on work productivity. while the results of the F . test shows that the SOP variable and employee competence together have a positive effect and significant to employee productivity. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah SOP (Standar Operasi Prosedur) dan kompetensi pegawai di era transformasi digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Cirebon, dan apakah SOP (Standar Operasi Prosedur) dan kompetensi pegawai di era transformasi digital berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Cirebon. Penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif yang melalui observasi, pengumpulan data primer maupun sekunder serta menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 sampel (pegawai) Dinas Pendidikan Kota Cirebon. Untuk membuktikan hasil analisis, penulis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan bantuan Software SPSS 25.0 for windows yang kemudian dilakukan uji F dan uji T. Hasil uji T-Test menunjukkan bahwa variabel SOP dan Kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja. Sedangkan hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa variable SOP dan kompetnsi pegawai secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai.]]>
