Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini untuk mengenathui pengaruh pelayanan perizinan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat Di Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Cirebon. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana. jenis data yang digunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan menbggunakan SPSS untuk windows versi 26. Data sekunder di peroleh dari data perusahaan serta beberapa buku dan jurnal yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. sampel dalam penelitian ini 76 responden dengan probability sampling menggunakan teknik sampel acak sederhana hasil penelitian ini dengan pengujian hipotesis dengan hasil Nilai thitung variabel pelayanan perizinan (X) sebesar 1.813 > t tabel 1.66571 dengan tingkat signifikansi α=5%. Berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel pelayanan perizinan (X) dengan kepuasan masyarakat (Y). Dari hasil tersebut maka Ho ditolak dan berarti Ha diterima dengan nilai pengaruh sebesar 44,3 %. Abstract This study is to determine the effect of licensing services on community satisfaction at the Cirebon City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office. The type of research used is a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression analysis technique. the type of data used is primary data obtained through a questionnaire using SPSS for windows version 26. Secondary data is obtained from company data and several books and journals that can be accounted for. The sample in this study was 76 respondents with probability sampling using a simple random sample technique. The results of this study were hypothesis testing with the result that the tcount value of the licensing service variable (X) was 1.813 > t table 1.66571 with a significance level of = 5%. It means that there is a significant influence between the licensing service variable (X) and community satisfaction (Y). From these results, Ho is rejected and means Ha is accepted with an influence value of 44.3%.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher performance on student motivation in Santa Maria Elementary School Cirebon. This research uses accidental sampling method with a sample of 85 fourth grade students. Data collection is done by filling out questionnaires for teacher performance with student learning motivation. Furthermore, the data collected was analyzed using statistics with a significance level (α) of 0.05. The results showed there was an effect of teacher performance looking at the tcount of teacher performance variables (X) of 4.831> t table which was 0.67739. And based on the F test the independent variable is 179,586 or there is an influence because the Sig level is 0.00 or smaller than 0.05 (p <0.05) which means that the teacher's performance variable has a significant influence on employee student motivation. From these results Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Abstraksi Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di Sekolah Dasar Santa Maria Kota Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode accidental sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 85 siswa kelas 4 SD. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner untuk kinerja guru dengan motivasi belajar siswa. Selanjutnya data yang terkumpul dianalisa dengan menggunakan statistik dengan tingkat kemaknaan (α) 0.05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh kinerja guru melihat dari nilai thitung variabel kinerja guru (X) sebesar 4,831 > t table yaitu 0,67739. Dan berdasarkan uji F variabel bebas sebesar 179.586 atau ada pengaruh karena tingkat Sig sebesar 0,00 atau lebih kecil dari 0,05 (p<0.05) yang berarti variabel kinerja guru mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa Pegawai. Dari hasil tersebut maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of e-learning workshops and intrinsic motivation on teacher effectiveness in Al Hidayah Primary School. The research method used quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques using questionnaire. The general population is 51 people and the sample is 6 people (deviation 5%). Data analysis methods used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classical hypothesis test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroskedasticity test), linear multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The results of the study using SPSS 26.0 program calculations resulted in an f-number of 9.163, while the f-table was 3.209 and the R-square was 0.696. Thus, the independent variables, i.e. e-learning workshops and internal motivation, positively influence the dependent variable of the teacher's work efficiency by 69.6%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to know what is Standard Operating Procedure and employee competence in the era of digital transformation significant effect on work productivity at the Cirebon City Education Office and what are the SOP and employee competencies in the era of digital transformation effect simultaneously on employee work productivity at the Cirebon City Education Office. In this research the method used is quantitative method through observation, primary data collection as well as secondary and distributing questionnaires to 100 samples (employees) at the Cirebon City Education Office. To prove the results of the analysis, the author uses multiple linear regression analysis and test the hypothesis by using SPSS version 25 software for windows which is then performed the F test and T . test shows that the SOP variable and employee competence positive effect on work productivity. while the results of the F . test shows that the SOP variable and employee competence together have a positive effect and significant to employee productivity. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah SOP (Standar Operasi Prosedur) dan kompetensi pegawai di era transformasi digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Cirebon, dan apakah SOP (Standar Operasi Prosedur) dan kompetensi pegawai di era transformasi digital berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Cirebon. Penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif yang melalui observasi, pengumpulan data primer maupun sekunder serta menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 sampel (pegawai) Dinas Pendidikan Kota Cirebon. Untuk membuktikan hasil analisis, penulis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan bantuan Software SPSS 25.0 for windows yang kemudian dilakukan uji F dan uji T. Hasil uji T-Test menunjukkan bahwa variabel SOP dan Kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja. Sedangkan hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa variable SOP dan kompetnsi pegawai secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai.
