This research is supported by data obtained through the West Java Health Office, the incidence of DHF has increased, especially in adults. This study aims to determine and analyze the correlation between Hematocrit levels and SGOT and SGPT in adult DHF patients at Salak Hospital, Bogor City in 2022. This study uses a type of quantitative research and cross-sectional design and a retrospective approach. The data used in this study is secondary data from the medical records of adult DHF patients at Salak Hospital, Bogor City in 2022. The minimum number of samples required is 106 samples. The mean age of the sample as a whole is 30.99 ± 11.949 years with the largest age group being 18 - 45 years, which is 84%. With an overview of SGOT and SGPT levels increased by 77.3% in the SGOT examination parameters and SGPT levels increased by 63.2%. There was no significant correlation between Hematocrit and SGOT in adult DHF (r = 0.078, p = 0.426) and Hematocrit and SGPT in adult DHF (r = 0.100, p = 0.307).
