The problem of anemia in Indonesia is still a health problem in the world, including in Indonesia there are three main causes of maternal death, one of which is bleeding, which is caused indirectly due to anemia experienced during pregnancy. According to Riskesdas, there was an increase in the prevalence of anemia from 37.1% in 2013 and 48.9% in 2018. This article aims to provide an overview of the relationship between diet and blood supplement adherence in pregnant women anemia. The method used is a literature review which examines the last 5 years of articles from 2019-2023. A search with keywords namely diet, adherence to iron tablets, and anemia of pregnant women resulted in 265 articles. Several articles were disqualified because they were inappropriate and the text was incomplete. So that there are 7 articles included in the article creation process. The analysis shows that there is a relationship between diet and blood supplement adherence to anemia in pregnant women.
