Pengaruh Usia Terhadap Kinerja Anggota Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Di Kecamatan Bolangitang Timur Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kinerja adalah hasil kerja secara kualitas yang dicapai oleh seseorang dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya. Ada beberapa hal yang mempengaruhi kinerja seseorang yaitu kompetensi, budaya, motivasi, lingkungan kerja, jenis kelamin, usia dan latar belakang keluarga. Artikel ini mengkaji kinerja dari anggota Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (LPM) di Kecamatan Bolangitang Timur Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan fokus penelitian pada apakah usia para anggota LPM di Kecamatan Bolangitang Timur Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara berpengaruh pada kinerja mereka. Hasil penelitian melalui pengujian hipotesis diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi menunjukkan sebesar 0.002 yang dimana lebih kecil dari 0.05 hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel dependen, artinya bahwa usia berpengaruh terhadap kinerja anggota LPM di Kecamatan Bolangitang Timur Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara. Dari output pengujian hipotesis tersebut diperoleh nilai R square sebesar 0,108 yang artinya bahwa pengaruh antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 10,8%. Maka hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Ha : Usia berpengaruh terhadap kinerja anggota LPM di Kecamatan Bolangitang Timur Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara (diterima) sedangkan, Ho: Usia tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja anggota Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kecamatan Bolangitang Timur Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara (ditolak). There are several things that affect a person's performance, namely competence, culture, motivation, work environment, gender, age and family background. This article examines the performance of members of the Community Empowerment Institution (LPM) in East Bolangitang District, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This study used a quantitative method with a research focus on whether the age of LPM members in East Bolangitang District, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency had an effect on their performance. The results of the study through hypothesis testing show that the significance value is 0.002 which is less than 0.05. This indicates that the independent variable has an influence on the dependent variable, meaning that age affects the performance of LPM members in East Bolangitang District, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. From the output of testing the hypothesis, an R square value of 0.108 is obtained, which means that the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable is 10.8%. So the results of the study show that: Ha: Age has an effect on the performance of LPM members in East Bolangitang District, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency (accepted) whereas, Ho: Age has no effect on the performance of members of the Community Empowerment Institution, East Bolangitang District, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency (rejected).
