Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of trust and perceived ease of use simultaneously or partially on interest in using ShopeePay as a payment method in Shopee e-commerce with a case study in the Buleleng area. The research design used in this study is quantitative causal. Determination of the sample in this study using the non-probability sampling method technique is purposive sampling. Number of samples in this study as many as 90 respondents. Instruments used in data collection is by questionnaire and analysis techniques used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are (1) trust has a positive and significant effect on interest in using ShopeePay as a payment method in Buleleng, (2) perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on interest in using ShopeePay as payment method in Buleleng, and (3) trust and perceived ease of use has a significant effect on interest in using ShopeePay as a method payment in Buleleng.
