This study aims to determine the relationship between giving verbal reinforcement to the learning motivation of third grade. The subjects of this study were the third grade students of SD IT Luqmanul Hakim Sei Menistrim, totaling 23 people, consisting of 23 males. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational research methods. This type of research is at the relationship between one or several variables with several other variables. Data collection techniques used are through questionnaires, and documentation. The results in this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between the provision of verbal reinforcement on students' learning motivation. Then the value of Asymp is obtained. Sig (2-Tailed) is 0.000 <0.05 with rcount of 0.869. While rtable is 0.433 with N=23 and a significance level of 0.05 (5%). It can be seen that rcount (0.869 > 0.433). As for the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it is known that the KD value = 0.869 or 86.9%. This can indicate that there is a relationship between giving verbal reinforcement to learning motivation in third grade students of SD IT Luqmanul Hakim Sei Mencirim
