PENGARUH PENGARUH EDUKASI SISTEM TRIASE TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN KELUARGA PADA PELAYANAN DI IGD RS BUDI MULIA BITUNG

Abstract

Pelayanan di IGD mengacu pada konsep triase pasien akan dilayani berdasarkan kegawatdaruratan. Banyaknya ketidakpahaman tentang triase menyebabkan ketidakpuasan dalam pelayanan sehingga perlunya pemberian edukasi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan. Tujuan penelitian diketahuinya pengaruh pemberian edukasi sistem triase terhadap pengetahuan keluarga pada pelayanan di IGD RS Budi Mulia Bitung. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan yaitu Quasy experiment, one group pre-test-post-test. Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling, Responden merupakan keluarga pasien berjumlah 40 orang, pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian leaflet dan kuesioner, analis data menggunakan uji Mc Nemar dengan tingkat kemaknaan ρ value ≤0,05. Hasil sebelum diberikan edukasi 20 responden (50%) berpengetahuan kurang baik dan 20 responden (50%) berpengetahuan baik. setelah diberikan edukasi 40 responden (100%) memiliki pengetahuan baik. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan ρ value=0,000 dimana nilai α≤0,05. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh edukasi sistem triase terhadap pengetahuan keluarga pada pelayanan di IGD RS Budi Mulia Bitung. Saran petugas kesehatan untuk meningkatkan komunikasi terapeutik tentang sistem triase. The lack of understanding about triage causes dissatisfaction with the service, so it is necessary to provide education to improve knowledge. The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of providing triage system education on family knowledge of services in the emergency room of Budi Mulia Bitung Hospital. This study is a quantitative study with an experimental design using a pretest and posttest group approach. Respondents were 40 patients' families using accidental sampling, research instruments leaflets and questionnaires, and data analysis using the Mc Nemar test with a significance level (α)≤0.05. The results Before being given education 20 respondents (50%) had poor knowledge and 20 respondents (50%) had good knowledge. After being given education 40 respondents (100%) had good knowledge. The statistical test results obtained ρ value = 0.000 where the α value ≤ 0.05. This study concludes the triage system education affected on family knowledge of services at the emergency room of Budi Mulia Bitung Hospital.
