<![CDATA[Air Susu Ibu (ASI) merupakan makanan terbaik bagi bayi, yang fungsinya tidak dapat tergantikan oleh makanan dan minuman apapun. Perawatan payudara harus dianjurkan mulai dilakukan setelah kehamilan berusia 5-6 bulan. Saat kehamilan payudara akan membesar dan daerah sekitar puting akan lebih gelap warnanya dan juga lebih sensitif. Perawatan payudara yang dilakukan dengan benar dan teratur akan melancarkan produksi ASI dan akan memudahkan sikecil dalam mengkonsumsi ASI serta dapat mengurangi resiko luka saat menyusui. Masa nifas merupakan pemulihan dari Sembilan bulan kehamilan dan proses kelahiran yang dilalui seorang ibu setelah melahirkan anaknyadan berlagsung selama krang lebih enam minggu. Studi kasus ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui hubungan perawatan payudara selama masa nifas dengan kelancaran ASI dan mengetahui kelancaran ASI, serta mengetahui hubungan perawatan payudarah selama masa nifas dengan kelancaran ASI di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Banda Sakti Kota Lhokseumawe. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik dengan metode pendekatan Cross Sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar ibu nifas di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Banda Sakti Kota Lhokseumawe melakukan perawatan payudara yaitu sebanyak 54 orang (55,1%). Frekuensi kelancaran ASI di wilayah kerja puskesmas Banda Sakti Kota Lhokseumawe sebagian besar lancar yaitu sebanyak 52 orang (53,1%). Hasil analisa statistik menggunakan chi square test didapatkan p value = 0,000 < α = 0,05, maka Ha diterima yang berarti ada hubungan perawatan payudara selama masa nifas dengan kelancaran ASI di wilayah kerja puskesmas Banda Sakti Kota Lhokseumawe. Diharapkan dapat menambah informasi tentang hubungan perawatan payudara selama masa nifas dengan kelancaran ASI pada ibu menyusui di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Banda Sakti Kota Lhokseumawe Kata kunci : Kelancaran ASI, Perawatan Payudarah, Masa Nifas Mother's Milk (ASI) is the best food for babies, whose function cannot be replaced by any food and drink. This type of research is analytic research with a cross sectional approach. The results showed that the majority of postpartum mothers in the working area of the Banda Sakti Health Center, Lhokseumawe City, performed breast care, namely 54 people (55.1%). The frequency of breastfeeding fluency in the working area of the Banda Sakti Health Center, Lhokseumawe City, was mostly smooth, namely 52 people (53.1%).
