<![CDATA[Latar belakang: Imunisasi adalah upaya pencegahan penyakit menular dengan memberikan “vaksin” sehingga terjadi imunitas terhadap penyakit tersebut. Menurut data Kemenkes RI (2018) cakupan imunisasi dasar lengkap di Indonesia dalam lima tahun terakhir selalu diatas 85%, tenaga kesehatan dalam hal ini juga mempunyai pengaruh besar, seperti komunikasi yang efektif dengan para orang tua terutama ibu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan ibu tentang kelengkapan imunisasi dasar bayi di Kec. Simpang Tiga Aceh Besar.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, populasi terjangkau adalah masyarakat yang memiliki bayi di Kecamatan Simpang Tiga Aceh Besar dengan jumlah sampel 97 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional sampling melalui teknik simple random sampling sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis univariat.Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini yaitu karekteristik ibu di Kecamatan Simpang Tiga mayoritas berusia 26-30 tahun (49,5%), berpendidikan SMA/Sederajat dan Sekolah Tinggi (43,3%), dan tidak bekerja/ibu rumah tangga (73,2%). Tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang imunisasi dasar bayi di Kecamatan Simpang Tiga mayoritas berkategori kurang (69,1%), cukup (25,8%), dan baik (5,2%).Simpulan: Pengetahuan ibu tentang imunisasi dasar bayi di Kecamatan Simpang Tiga berkategori kurang terdiri umur 26-30 tahun. Pengetahuan cukup terdiri dari ibu umur 26-30 tahun.
