Abstract

In this study, data retrieval from lens.org was conducted using the predefined keywords "Cyberlaw OR Cyber Law AND machiavellianism". Subsequently, the dataset was meticulously filtered, focusing on journal articles within the realm of law. Our goal was to explore the intricate relationship between Machiavellianism and Cyberlaw. Employing advanced search techniques, we delved into the nuances of this relationship. The results unveiled a complex interplay between Machiavellian tendencies and legal strategies in cyberspace. The implications of this study are profound, shedding light on the manipulative tactics employed within the digital legal landscape. This research serves as a significant contribution to understanding the behavioral dynamics in cyber legal contexts, paving the way for future research and policy formulation in the global legal arena.Highlights : Surge in cyberlaw and Machiavellianism articles from 2015.
