The increase in the elderly population causes an increase in elderly cases with multiple diseases. Health problems often occur in the elderly group, one of which is the problem of hypertension. Hypertension is classified as a silent disease because the patient does not know he has this disease before doing the examination. The purpose of this community service is to optimize the knowledge and skills of families and health cadres in older adults with hypertension during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used is action research. The main target of this community service activity is 20 families with elderly hypertension and 20 health cadres.
