<![CDATA[The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in the last ten years has decreased by 45%. .In 2022 the MMR in Central Java was 335 per 100 thousand births, while in Semarang Regency there were 0 cases of maternal mortality in the first half of 2023. For to prevent maternal and infant mortality, a midwifery service effort is needed. which aims for early detection of obstetric risks and complications from the basic level and the appropriate referral system and as early as possible. This action can be guided by the Poedji Rochyati score card (KSPR). The phenomenon of referrals in 2022 of 101 cases was confirmed by referrals from the Independent Midwife Practice (PMB) and Community Health Centers (Puskesmas).The purpose of this research is toto know the risk factors for referral of childbirth at the District Bergas Branch Gateway Semarang. this type of research is a quantitative research with a research design used is descriptive. The research population is 101 cases, technique taking samples with total sampling, so the sample is 101 people, tools data collection using reported data and written on the gas branch gateway, using analysis tests frequency distribution. from the results of the study that the number of risk factors, which is divided into 3group, namely the Low Risk Group (KRR) as many as 29 cases (28.7%), then High Risk Group (KRT) as many as 47 cases (46.5%), and the least The Very High Risk Group (KRST) was 25 cases (24.8%). it can be concluded that the group with the most number is the Group High Risk (KRT) as many as 47 cases (46.5%). Increase awareness to always do pregnancy checks routinely for early detection of complications of pregnancy and childbirth. Abstrak Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) sepuluh tahun terakhir mengalami penurunan 45%. .Pada tahun 2022 AKI di Jawa Tengah 335 per 100 ribu kelahiran, Sementara di Kabupaten Semarang tercatat 0 kasus Kematian Ibu pada semester pertama tahun 2022. Untuk mencegah kematian ibu dan bayi maka diperlukan suatu Upaya pelayanan kebidana. yang bertujuan untuk deteksi dini resiko dan komplikasi kebidanan dari tingkat dasar dan system rujukan yang tepat dan sedini mungkin. Tindakan ini dapat berpedoman pada kartu skor Poedji Rochyati (KSPR). Fenomena rujukan tahun 2022 sebanyak 101 kasus hal tersebut terkonfirmasi rujukan dari Praktik Mandiri Bidan (PMB) dan Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor resiko rujukan persalinan di Gateway Ranting Bergas Kabupaten Semarang. jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Populasi penelitian yaitu 101 kasus, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling, jadi sampel berjumlah 101 orang, alat pengumpulan data menggunakan data yang terlapor dan tertulis di gateway ranting bergas, uji analisis menggunakan distribusi frekuensi. dari hasil penelitian bahwa Jumlah Faktor Resiko, yang terbagi menjadi 3 kelompok, yaitu Kelompok Resiko Rendah (KRR) sebanyak 29 kasus (28.7%), kemudian Kelompok Resiko Tinggi (KRT) sebanyak 47 kasus (46.5%), dan yang paling sedikit Kelompok Resiko Sangat Tinggi (KRST) sebanyak 25 kasus (24.8%). dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelompok yang paling banyak yaitu Kelomok Resiko Tinggi (KRT) sebanyak 47 Kasus (46.5%).
