<![CDATA[The objective of this research is to analyze the effects of work intention and organizational experience on the work readiness of the active students of Universitas Brawijaya Malang. The data of this quantitative explanatory research was harvested from questionnaires. Using simple random sampling technique, 100 people were selected as the respondents. This research uses multiple linear regression in SPSS version 25 to analyze the influence of the independent variables, i.e., work intention (X1) and organizational experience (X2), on the dependent variable, i.e., work readiness (Y). based on the results of the analysis and hypothesis testing, this study finds that work intention (X1) and organizational experience (X2) simultaneously have significant and positive effects on the work readiness of the active students of Universitas Brawijaya Malang.]]>
