This Community Partnership Program activity aims to change the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of the Pucak Kemuning youth group, Pucak Village, Maros, in implementing diversification of processed cassava products to realize food and economic independence. In achieving this goal, a participatory approach method was used through counseling, interactive discussions, and training to increase the knowledge of partner groups in implementing diversification of processed cassava products, which are the leading commodity of Pucak Village. To observe and evaluate changes in the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of the Karangtaruna group as partners, we used pre and post-test questionnaires before, during, and after coaching through education and training as well as direct discussion and question-and-answer methods. The results of the activity show that there has been an increase in the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of partners in making processed cassava products, namely Mocaf Flour made from cassava from Pucak Village, Maros. We hope the Bukit Kemuning Karangtaruna group, Pucak Village, Maros, can sustainably implement this processing to achieve food and economic independence.
