<![CDATA[This study discusses the usability of the Special Library Website for the Central Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Sumatera Utara (Bureau of Statistics of North Sumatra Province) using the System Usability Scale. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the website, how efficient the website is and aims to find out how satisfied users are in using the website of the Special Library of the Central Bureau of Statistics of North Sumatra Province. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method, to analyze Effectiveness, Efficiency and Satisfaction, namely by using the System Usability Scale and collecting data by distributing questionnaires to users of the website of the Special Library of the Central Bureau of Statistics of North Sumatra Province. The results of this study indicate that the use of the website for the Special Library for the Central Bureau of Statistics of North Sumatra Province is based on the dimensions of the effectiveness of the website, it is easy to use and there are also no obstacles in using the website and it is quite confident when accessing it. Meanwhile, in the efficiency dimension, there are still those who think that this website is still inconsistent and there is still data that cannot be accessed. Whereas the dimensions of user satisfaction indicate that the user is satisfied, the user also does not need to get used to the website and the features provided are running properly making visitors more active in using the website. This research implies that library institutions must continuously develop websites, to manage websites by providing features that work properly, provide relevant and up to date information because it can improve website usability and also library services for the better.]]>
