This research was conducted to determine how much influence the and quality of product on customer loyalty home ownership at Bank BRISyariah Bandung Branch Office Suniaraja. The method used is the quantitative method of association. So a questionnaire is needed to find out the response of customers to home ownership at the BRISyariah Bandung Branch Office in Suniaraja. The data needed is primary data. In addition to the data from the questionnaire processed using IMB SPSS Statistic 23 application, the authors can also obtain data from expert theories about product price and quality towards loyalty with the results of simultaneous tests (F Test) to strengthen research. The resuls showed that the influence of prince and product quality on loyalty that is in the F test is Fcount Ftable (13.155 3,52) and significance 0,000 0,05 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So it can be said that the effectiveness of the price and quality of the product simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty at Bank BRISyariah Bandung Suniaraja The value of the coefficient of determination obtained by 58,1% it is intended that the prince and quality of the product affect loyalty and the remaining 41,99% is influenced by other factors not examained.
