Abstract

Marketing is one of the most important things in all activities in the company to face competitors. Companies must compete to get consumers as the main goal. Companies should apply it in a product by paying attention to price, product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions. The research problem is: how does the effect partially (each) and simultaneously (together) between variable X on variable Y. With the aim of knowing the effect individually and jointly between variable X on variable Y the product of the Sasirangan recolor center service business. This type of quantitative research uses a survey method. Sampling used incidental sampling where the sample size was taken using the slovin formula with 100 people/person as respondents. The data collection technique was in the form of a questionnaire which was processed using SPSS 24 for windows. While the analysis uses instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t test and F test. Based on the test results show that: 1) product quality, promotion and price variables individually influence the purchasing decision of recolor sasirangan business product center service. 2) Taken together, product quality, promotion, and price variables influence product decisions in the Sasirangan recolor center service business with an Fcount of 61.373 with a significance value of F = 0.000 (p0.1). ABSTRAKPemasaran merupakan salah satu hal terpenting dalam semua kegiatan yang ada di perusahaan untuk menghadapi competitor. Perusahaan harus berlomba-lomba untuk mendapatkan konsumen sebagai tujuan utama. Sebaiknya perusahaan terapkan dalam sebuah produk dengan memperhatikan harga, kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian. Permasalahan penelitian, yaitu: bagaimana pengaruh secara parsial (masing-masing) dan secara simultan (Bersama-sama) antara variabel X terhadap variabel Y. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara individu dan secara Bersama-sama antara variabel X terhadap Variabel Y produk usaha jasa sasirangan recolor center. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode survey. Sampel menggunakan sampling insidental yang besar sampel diambil menggunakan rumus slovin dengan responden sebanyak 100 jiwa/orang. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang diolah menggunakan SPSS 24 for windows. Sedangkan analisis menggunakan uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis (uji t dan F. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) variabel kualitas produk, promosi dan harga secara individu mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk usaha jasa sasirangan recolor center. 2) secara Bersama-sama variabel kualitas produk, promosi, dan harga mempengaruhi keputusan produk usaha jasa sasirangan recolor center dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 61,373 dengan nilai signifikansi F = 0,000 (p 0,1).

Abstract

Berawal dari munculnya berbagai macam lembaga keuangan pembiayaan mikro. Pegadaian syariah hadir menawarkan produk pembiayaan mikro berbasis syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran produk ar-rahn untuk usaha mikro (ARRUM) dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan nasabah prespektif ekonomi syariah pada Pegadaian Syariah Raden Intan Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan proses pengumpulan data menggunakan interview, observasi dan dokumentasi sebagai metode penunjang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan produk ARRUM pada Pegadaian Syariah merupakan solusi yang memiliki peran meningkatkan kesejahteraan prespektif dalam Ekonomi Syariah dengan memberikan bantuan modal usaha kepada nasabah.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine how much influence the and quality of product on customer loyalty home ownership at Bank BRISyariah Bandung Branch Office Suniaraja. The method used is the quantitative method of association. So a questionnaire is needed to find out the response of customers to home ownership at the BRISyariah Bandung Branch Office in Suniaraja. The data needed is primary data. In addition to the data from the questionnaire processed using IMB SPSS Statistic 23 application, the authors can also obtain data from expert theories about product price and quality towards loyalty with the results of simultaneous tests (F Test) to strengthen research. The resuls showed that the influence of prince and product quality on loyalty that is in the F test is Fcount Ftable (13.155 3,52) and significance 0,000 0,05 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So it can be said that the effectiveness of the price and quality of the product simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty at Bank BRISyariah Bandung Suniaraja The value of the coefficient of determination obtained by 58,1% it is intended that the prince and quality of the product affect loyalty and the remaining 41,99% is influenced by other factors not examained.

Abstract

This research examines the important role of Islamic law in the social and spiritual life of Muslims, emphasizing that understanding Islam is incomplete without understanding its laws. Islamic law, which is called the most special science by Joseph Schacht, is necessary to understand the principles and practices of economics in Islam. Imam Abu Hanifah, through his work Al-Makharif fi Al-Fiqh, has integrated Islamic economics with fiqh, showing that Islamic economics is an inseparable part of broader Islamic law. The loss of historic Islamic economic traditions, described by Joseph Schumpeter as the “Great Gap,” highlights the importance of restoring and modernizing Islamic economics to address contemporary economic challenges. The research methodology used is qualitative with descriptive analysis, focusing on the contribution and views of Imam Abu Hanifah towards Islamic economics. The research results show that the economic principles and practices promoted by Imam Abu Hanifah are still relevant and can provide solutions to modern economic problems, by prioritizing ethical and moral principles in economics. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengkaji peran penting hukum Islam dalam kehidupan sosial dan spiritual umat Islam, menekankan bahwa pemahaman Islam tidak lengkap tanpa memahami hukumnya. Hukum Islam, yang disebut sebagai ilmu paling istimewa oleh Joseph Schacht, diperlukan untuk memahami prinsip dan praktik ekonomi dalam Islam. Imam Abu Hanifah, melalui karyanya Al-Makharif fi Al-Fiqh, telah mengintegrasikan ekonomi Islam dengan fiqh, menunjukkan bahwa ekonomi Islam merupakan bagian tak terpisahkan dari hukum Islam yang lebih luas. Kehilangan tradisi ekonomi Islam yang bersejarah, yang dijelaskan oleh Joseph Schumpeter sebagai "Great Gap," menyoroti pentingnya memulihkan dan memodernisasi ekonomi Islam untuk mengatasi tantangan ekonomi kontemporer. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif, berfokus pada kontribusi dan pandangan Imam Abu Hanifah terhadap ekonomi Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip dan praktik ekonomi yang diusung Imam Abu Hanifah masih relevan dan dapat memberikan solusi atas masalah ekonomi modern, dengan mengedepankan prinsip-prinsip etis dan moral dalam ekonomi.

Abstract

Islamic financial institutions have dominated the various needs of the community, especially in BMT Nusantara and BMT Maslahah. Its existence is a great hope to be able to provide high benefits, especially non-profit financing so that the need for it will form a marker for the community of the importance of BMT in the midst of society. This research uses a type of field research with a descriptive qualitative approach, the research was carried out in the northern Surabaya area and collected data in the form of direct observation followed by direct interviews to the documentation needed in this study. In the end, data analysis was carried out previously by checking through the validity of the data using data trianggulation with the aim that the research obtained could be directed and could be accounted for its validity. The result of this study is that BMT Nusantara in its application is based on the rules and provisions of the Fiqh rules as its guidelines, while BMT Maslahah also makes the teachings of fiqh as its basis for meeting its requirements and validity. Furthermore, judging from the business strategy, it is more about the fulfillment of society in its needs so that the strategy does not interest the benefits but rather the taawun which is essentially recommended in Islamic law.

Abstract

Banyak sekali asuransi-asuransi yang ada di Indonesia saat ini, hal ini bermanfaat untuk masyarakat Indonesia dalam menghadapi resiko-resiko di kehidupan. Namun, ada beberapa factor penting yang membuat orang tidak serta merta langsung mengambil asuransi, terutama untuk menjaga Kesehatan mereka. Factor budaya dan motivasi salah satunya dalam memilih asuransi Kesehatan di allisya care Sidoarjo. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apa sjaa yang mempengaruhi dan seberapa besar pengaruhnya factor budaya dan motivasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adlah kuantitatif dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah t = (-0,666 0,163), signifikansi (0,507 0,10), bahwa budaya kurang memiliki pengaruh dalam membuat keputusan mengambil asuransi kesehatan allisya care Sidoarjo. Untuk variable x2, nilai t = (4,125 1, 290) dan signifikansi ( 0,047 0,10), ini berarti bahwa motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan dalam mengambil keputusan membeli asuransi kesehatan allisya care Sidoarjo. Hasil berikutnya dengan F = (12,239 2,36), signifikansi (0, 010 0, 10) , hal ini bahwa budaya serta motivasi Bersama sama memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan dalam mengambil keputusan pembelian asuransi Kesehatan allisya care Sidoarjo.

Abstract

There are still some problems and risks that occur in financing at BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Sugio Branch. The risk that occurs in BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Sugio Branch is bad credit, which is a risk due to the failure of members to pay financing installments. This risk arose because most of the member's income decreased due to the market stand that was empty of customers. The focus of this research is on how to apply risk management in financing as well as the causes and solutions. The research method used is a qualitative approach and uses a case study strategy. Then the data collection was carried out by connecting the questions from the data obtained with the conclusions from interviews with several parties from BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Sugio Branch. In addition to the risks that occur in murabahah financing, the results of the study also explain the analysis practiced by BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Sugio Branch in order to minimize risk with 5C principles which are inseparable from Sharia principles. Efforts made by BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Sugio Branch in dealing with the risk of non-performing financing are by approaching, rescheduling, reconditioning, restructuring and creating a collection group. ABSTRAKTerdapat beberapa permasalahan juga risiko yang terjadi dalam pembiayaan di BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Cabang Sugio. Risiko yang terjadi pada BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Cabang Sugio ini yaitu kridit macet, yang merupakan risiko akibat kegagalan anggota untuk membayar angsuran pembiayaan. Timbulnya risiko ini karena sebagian besar pendapatan anggota yang menurun akibat stand pasar yang sepi pelanggan. Fokus dari penelitian ini yaitu pada bagaimana penerapan manajemen risiko dalam pembiayaan sekaligus penyebab juga solusinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan strategi studi kasus. Lalu pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan menghubungkan antara pertanyaan dari data yang diperoleh dengan kesimpulan hasil wawancara beberapa pihak dari BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Cabang Sugio. Selain mengenai risiko yang terjadi dalam pembiayaan murabahah, hasil penelitian juga menjelaskan mengenai analisis yang dipraktikan oleh BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Cabang Sugio guna meminimalkan risiko dengan prinsip 5C yang tidak terlepas pada prisnsip Syariah. Upaya yang dilakukan BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Cabang Sugio dalam menghadapi risiko terhadap pembiayaan bermasalah yaitu dengan melakukan pendekatan, rescheduling, reconditioning, restructuring serta pembuatan grup penagihan.

 ABSTRACT            The increasing Development of muamalat in islamic investment, especially mutual funds sharia prove that islamic mutual funds are an alternative in improving the economy as well as being an economic system that is feasible, because of islamic mutual funds is deemed quite easy and does not require a large capital to be able to be a part of the islamic capital market or Islamic Financial Institutions, the need for an understanding of sharia mutual funds is the most basic thing to know before becoming the perpetrators of investors. Abstract

Islam teaches how to dress neatly and politely, with the intention that we are kept away from evil and the punishment of Allah SWT. The purpose of this study was to analyze partially, simultaneously between quality, price on purchasing decisions, quantitative research, population 115,250 and sample 100. The results show that quality and price have an influence on purchasing decisions.
