According to WHO(World Health Organisation)in 2002 showedthat27% ofnewborn deathcaused byasphyxianeonatorum.The purposeof this researchisknowingthe factorsthat causeasphyxianeonatorumin newbornsin hospitalsRokanHuluin 2011.
