Terkadang terjadi situasi ketika sistem ekonomi mengalami gangguan, misalnya inflasi dan deflasi, yang membuat mekanisme pasar menjadi kacau. Diperlukan cara efektif untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah tersebut. Solusi yang diberikan oleh hukum ekonomi Islam disebut dengan teori perubahan situasi. Teori ini menjelaskan situasi ekonomi yang berubah serta solusi menurut prinsip Islam yang dirumuskan oleh para pakar dalam bidang tersebut. Economy is a important for people’s lives. With a good economy, people’s lives will be well. Economic activities will towards the direction of prosperity if the country’s situation supports economic stability. However, sometimes a situation occurs where the economic system becomes impaired. For example, if there is inflation or deflation, then the market mechanism to some extent will be disrupted. Therefore, we need an effective measurement to overcome these problems. In the economy of Islamic law, it is called the theory of the changed situation.
