<![CDATA[Associative meaning is the meaning possessed by a word that is interconnected with circumstances outside the language. This study aims to (1) describe the form of associative meaning in the vocabulary in the lyrics of the song album Riuh by Feby Putri and (2) describe the function of associative meaning in the vocabulary in the lyrics of the song album Riuh by Feby Putri. This research uses qualitative approach and text analysis research type. The research data is in the form of Feby Putri's Riuh album which was released on January 21, 2022 on the Spotify music player service platform. Data collection techniques used listening and note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique goes through three stages, namely (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that the song lyrics in the album Riuh by Feby Putri have vocabulary with associative meaning. The vocabulary in Feby Putri's song lyrics also has functions that can provide positive energy for the listener. These functions include moral values and outlook on life.]]>
