<![CDATA[Abstrak -- Dinas Perawatan Personel TNI Angkatan Udara (Disawatpersau) adalah Badan Pelaksana Pusat Markas Besar TNI AU yang bertugas melaksanakan perawatan personel satuan jajaran TNI AU diharapkan memiliki produktivitas kerja yang tinggi dalam melaksanakan tugas. Kondisi produktivitas kerja personel Diswatpersau saat ini masih belum optimal karena dipengaruhi beberapa faktor/variabel diantaranya motivasi dan kompetensi sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap produktivitas kerja personel Dinas Perawatan Personel TNI Angkatan Udara untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap produktivitas kerja personel Diswatpersau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik regresi berganda. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 50 orang personel Diswatpersau yang dipilih melalui metode proportionate stratified random sampling dari total populasi 100 personel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) motivasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap produktivitas kerja personel, hal ini berarti bahwa motivasi merupakan faktor penting dalam upaya meningkatkan produktivitas kerja personel Diswatpersau, maka dari itu upaya yang perlu dilakukan adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi, (2) kompetensi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap produktivitas kerja personel Diswatpersau, hal ini berarti kompetensi merupakan faktor penting dalam upaya meningkatkan produktivitas kerja personel Diswatpersau, maka dari itu upaya meningkatkan kompetensi perlu ditingkatkan, (3) motivasi dan kompetensi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap produktivitas kerja personel Diswatpersau, hal ini membuktikan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut berperan penting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja personel Diswatpersau baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama.Kata Kunci: motivasi, kompetensi, dan produktivitas kerja Abstract -- The Office of Maintenance of Indonesian Air Force Personnel (Disawatpersau) is the Executive Agency of the Indonesian Air Force Headquarters which is tasked with carrying out maintenance of personnel of the Indonesian Air Force. It is expected to have high work productivity in carrying out their duties. The work productivity conditions of Diswatpersau personnel are currently not optimal because they are influenced by several factors / variables including motivation and competency so research needs to be carried out on the effect of motivation and competency on the work productivity of the Air Force Personnel Maintenance Service personnel to analyze the influence of motivation and competency on the work productivity. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple regression techniques. The sample used was 50 Diswatpersau personnel selected through the proportionate stratified random sampling method of a total population of 100 personnel. The results showed that: (1) motivation has a positive direct effect on personnel work productivity, this means that motivation is an important factor in an effort to improve the work productivity of Diswatpersau personnel, therefore the effort that needs to be done is to increase motivation, (2) influential competence directly positive towards the work productivity of Diswatpersau personnel, this means that competency is an important factor in efforts to improve the work productivity of Diswatpersau personnel, therefore efforts to improve competency need to be improved, (3) motivation and competency together have a positive direct effect on the work productivity of Diswatpersau personnel , this proves that the two variables play an important role in increasing the work productivity of Diswatpersau personnel both partially and jointly.Keywords: motivation, competence, and work productivity]]>
