<![CDATA[The ethical and intellectual crisis among young Indonesians is increasingly triggering various adverse incidents that have occurred, such as fights, murders, free sex, drugs, and intimidation, which cannot be avoided. This research aims to discover how the concept of Insan Kamil is based on Islamic and Western perspectives and to expand how the concept of human perfection can be applied in modern society. Library research (literature review) is studied based on the reading results. The results of the literature review. The relationship between the concept of Insan Kamil in Islam and similar concepts in Western thought reveals comparisons between Eastern and Western thought. Although there are similarities in the perfection and development of moral ethics, differences arise in religious contexts, methods, and concepts of personality. In Islam, perfection is related to the spiritual dimension, while in the West, the approach is more secular and diverse.]]>
