<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of postgraduate students of Sunan Giri University Surabaya in teaching PAI material. This research used a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Researchers conducted a process of collecting, reducing, and interpreting/concluding data, then testing the validity of the data through triangulation techniques. The results showed that 1) many students understand the definition of the Qur'an and the definition of revelation in detail so that students are able to understand the similarities and differences between the Qur'an and revelation itself and the relationship between the two, can interpret the content of the Qur'an based on the names that have been explained and can conclude that Allah proclaimed himself in sending down the Qur'an. 2) Factors determining teacher success include the importance of applying theory in a real context, increasing teacher competence aimed at cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects and professional teachers are required to always develop themselves in line with advances in science, technology and art.]]>
