<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to improve the learning motivation of grade X3 students in SMA Negeri 1 Kertosono using the lecture method. The research was conducted using the classroom action research method involving 36 students as research subjects. The research was conducted in three cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and questionnaire. The results of this research indicate that the lecture method can improve students' learning motivation. In cycle 1, the average learning motivation of students was 67.5%, which increased to 78.75% in cycle 2 and further increased to 87.5% in cycle 3. In addition, the results of interviews and questionnaires also show that students feel more motivated and interested in learning. In conclusion, this research proves that the lecture method is effective in improving students' learning motivation in SMA Negeri 1 Kertosono. This method can be an alternative for teachers in improving students' learning motivation and improving the quality of learning.]]>
